Definitions and interpretations
“We”, “us” and “our” (as the case requires) means Fairhand Visiting Physiotherapists.
“The Site” means fairhand.co.uk.
“our Policies” means the policies and statements relating to Accessibility; Privacy; General Disclaimer; and Medical Disclaimer contained within the Site.
“Visitors” means the users of the Site who visit without transacting business.
“Authorised Customers” means Visitors who register to transact business on the Site making use of the various services offered by us.
“You” means Visitors and Authorised Customers as appropriate.

Limitation of our liability

The determination of liability for payment of costs and associated expenses relating to the relevant dispute shall be decided by the arbitrator as part of the arbitration process.
